Built in 1968, Casa Refugi is a renovated home true to its original mid-century modern style. All original features of this open concept home have been restored: soaring 10 foot ceilings, celestial windows, teak and articulated cabinetry, floor to ceiling glass walls and breathtaking sunny private courtyard. The interior features mid-century modern furniture and original art throughout.

Casa Refugi sits back from the 18-hole private Seven Lakes golf course in an intimate and quiet setting. Seven Lakes Country Club is a gated community with 24-hour guard service and night time roaming. Situated convenient to Route 111 — it’s an easy five minute drive to the airport and all shopping, dining, nightlife, and sightseeing in the Desert communities nearby.
The condo has spectacular south facing views to the San Jacinto Mountains (and Bob Hope's home!) in front, and mature citrus and olive tree landscaping to the north. Casa Refugi is adjacent to one of Seven Lake's 15 pools/spas. Each pool is heated, lit at night and has full BBQ facilities, tables, umbrellas, loungers and mini kitchens.
